The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wasn’t just a morning motivator for me, it was the scent of a dream fermenting. Back in 2016, the corporate grind had me down. Same routine, same gnawing feeling that life was passing me by. I yearned for financial security, yes, but even more, I craved the freedom to spend time with my family and pursue my volunteer work.
That’s when the bean of an idea sprouted. A mobile coffee business! It was perfect. Coffee wasn’t just my passion, it was my skill. Remembering those years in a London coffee shop after I first arrived from Lithuania. Every latte, every cappuccino, was a brushstroke on my barista canvas.
